special effects makeup
This is a collection of experimental applications that I have created using various different materials such as liquid latex, nose and scar wax and alginate. Some pieces are more complex than others. This section of work was done in my earlier years of getting into the FX industry, before university and so the quality of both the images and some of the applications are varied due to this.

Broadditch Farm Halloween Scare Event Special Effects Makeup Application
On the 20th of October 2012, I had my first experience, working in a SFXM environment. I completed a session of a weeks work experience at Broadditch Farm for their Halloween scare event. I met so many new people and learnt so many new techniques of how to apply special fx makeup, building on my skills during the week.
Due to the interest in my work, Broadditch employed me during the halloween period each new year, working as a special effects applicator for their "haunt fest". Last year, 2014, I even took part in the acting side, applying makeup to myself and joining in with the actors in scaring the customers also. Above is a collection of most of the special effects makeup that I have done over these past years for the farms Halloween event. (Apoligies on the quality of some of the photographs).
